This machine has been serving us for about 5 years now. Due to lack of cleaning she held up working once, so we had to drink “normal” coffee for a few days. Since that unfortunate week of dishwater-coffee, I am cleaning her every month and it seems to be OK. 

This morning I read an article in our newspaper and found out that I am a barista when preparing a cup of espresso !

but this second video below shows how it is done practically by a real “barista”, because you need to remove your cup just before the last “white” drops fall down.

The third video is for coffee junkies like me; see how the light-brown crema comes out of the machine in the last 30 seconds of the video ………… it’s like ………..well…………… you know what I mean !!!! This sort of espresso keeps you alive.
