It seems there is no restart possible I know it’s a stupid decision made by politics, who don’t trust entrepreneurs with a fantastic vision but no money.
The tourists are gone …. so the beach is free for the locals and their dogs ! Low tide gives extra space and more dense sand to stroll alongside the waterline ….
