  • new Shimano SH-SD 65

    I had to buy a new pair, because the thread in the sole was too rusty to replace cleats in a proper way. I was happy that after using the sandals for 48.000 kilometers in my velomobile, I found out that Shimano didn’t change the model (yet). Never change a winning model ! SH-SD 65…

    … I have to wear this holter for 24 hours so he can judge the functioning of my heart.  I wonder if he’ll see all the scars on my heart …….; the one caused by a divorce, the one I got when my first dog died, etc, etc.  I must have many 😉

    I bought a new pair VFF’s. This time I decided to choose for the Spyridon shoes. My feet are getting stronger and stronger , I think I’m used to the barefoot walking now. Maybe some barefoot-running in the near future ? People often ask me : “Why ?” , and : “How do they feel…
