This morning I was interviewed by the “communication officer” of my employer. It was for a larger article in our company info magazine. The article is about employees who commute by bicycle. A few photos with my Quest were taken and I gave her a print-out of a few flyer’s that I found on the blog of Bas Dekker. You can download the flyer’s from the “box”- widget at the right. The flyer’s are written in dutch, waiting to be translated…… I have written earlier in this blog about commuting by bicycle and Fietsen-Scoort here.
When the magazine is printed out, I will show it in this blog.
Short after the interview on my way home, I got my first flat with the Quest. I had all the necessary stuff with me and while I was exchanging the inner-tube, another cyclist stopped by and asked what the trouble was. When I said I had a flat tube he answered; “SO THAT CAN HAPPEN TO THOSE THINGS TOO !”
I’ve learned that due to the one-sided suspension it’s very easy to change tubes. Only the dirt that is gathered around the wheel gives some problem; it keeps falling in the outer-tube.
