  1. I was watching videos of Harry Lieben filmed in Portland Oregon on the day before the ROAM ride started and on the first day of the tour. Portland is suppose to be the most bike friendly city in America but they had bike lanes that the ROAM riders were using that were entirely in the “door zone.” It made me nervous just watching them.

    Bad design. Not Safe.

  2. So true! Much of Dublin has “shared” bus, bike, taxi and parking lane (go figure how that works). This means that in the city where parking is allowed, in order to be safe you are often cycling in a very uncomfortable situation.
