I started this Saturday with migraine …

… but with lots of coffee and water and of course a walk on Neeltje Jans my headache is gone again.

at least once a week …

… we’re going out for a stroll somewhere in Zeeland. Mainly for our dog, but of course we also need that ourselves. 

The lights were bright 
just a few people on the island
once you’re used to live near a beach … you’re  addicted to the fresh winds and the salty smells
