It would be his 70th birtday ……………

Ofcourse I like all his famous songs, but I think that the lyrics John wrote for “working class hero” are monumental !

And on internet I found a photo of John riding on his bicycle!

In his biography is written;

“As a kid, I had a dream – I wanted to own my own bicycle. When I got the bicycle, I must have been the happiest boy in Liverpool, maybe in the world. I lived for that bike. Most kids left their bikes in the backyard at night. Not me. I insisted on taking mine indoors and the first night I even kept it in my bed.”

On his new official YouTube channel there are a lot of congratulation-video’s. I special like the one Jeff Bridges made .  The same humor John must have had ………..
