  • Canon lens 50 mm 1:1.8 II

    Was delivered today …. and I did some tests ! First photo was made to see the DOF with F 1.8   Than the same situation with F 22 …. I’m sure it’ll be used for some great bokeh and maybe even some portrait’s (although I’m not an enthusiastic portrait photographer).

      This is the personal message my employer had in mind for me this X-mas ….  I used the enclosed gift card to buy a 50 millimeter Canon lens. Although it’s not made with glass, I expect it’s good enough for my way of photography in “available light” situations. Thank you employer for your gift card!

  • Camera is back home again !

    Replacement of Electronical Circuits seemed needed. Now I can use X-mas to make photos and eventually get back my trust in the camera. And everything under warrenty ! So now I can use a better DOF again, that wasn’t possible with the bridge-camera I have, the Powershot G12.

  • reproducing the error takes time

    It’s easy to reproduce the error, just have to use the camera for some time and it reveals itself automatically !  Canon 70D sucks …… Sometimes it doesn’t recognize the battery, sometimes it doesn’t do anything at all and sometimes it only recommends to clean the lens contacts.
