  • old family stuff

    I inherited two old granades. So two more brass things to clean once a year with Brasso 😉 old grenades, fired by the German Army from the backyard of “de Haar” in the direction of Zutphen. My brother lived there at that time (undercover with his grandparents) and took the empty shells.

  • artificial dunes

    artificial dunes, originally uploaded by wim harwig. They are preparing the natural dunes for sand suppletion to strengthen them and by doing so, building higher and broader artificial dunes. I hope they planned a comfortable cycling path straight through the dunes !

  • Jazz is already 2 years old

    We were at the birthday party of Jazz. Kim did a hell of a job, organising all the eating, drinking, playing, talking, caring, cleaning and everything else that needed to be done …… Especially the birthday cake was successfully !   • Pigeon in love with chicken !

    We have only one chicken left. Her sisters died some time ago. This summer a white pigeon came to eat the chicken-food and decided to stay with our old chicken. They even sleep together in the chicken-shed.
