reflections

I had trouble with reflections on the screen of my GPS. The light body-colour of my Quest gave a disturbing reflection.
My wife advised me to iron some black material on the body. The same material she uses as a lining for the clothes she sews. It’s called “vlies” in Dutch.

So I took some of that material and glued it with a flat-iron on the innerside of the Quest.

Within a few days I’ll visit the Easter-meeting for recumbentriders, so during the 250 km ride it would be nice if the GPS works without any problem

My velomobile had trouble with winter-obesity. Because temperatures are rising, I took all the winter-stuff out. 2 pair of gloves, caps, sweaters, etcetera.

Now it’s about 3 kilo’s lighter and what I like even more ……. I have much more freedom of movement for my elbows !

A lot of talking, chatting and walking …. I’m lucky to have such heartwarming family. A personal meeting is so much better than a massive reunion.

Hetty gave me a feeling as if I was visiting my aunt Coba …..
