Zeeland

Yesterday I had a nice ride in my velomobile. It was not about speed, but about looking at the Zeeland landscape with the eyes of an “actual” photographer. Many horizontal lines in which vertical lines immediately attract attention.
The so-called “fertile soil” in Zeeland needs a lot of “fertilizer” and despite the many salty water that Zeeland is rich in, apparently a lot of fresh water has to be sprayed. Too bad it happens in a way where a lot of water evaporates on a warm sunny day with low humidity. Would be more effective to do it at night …

As usual, I realized while cycling that I still want to “modify” many things on the velomobile. And as usual I forget about them as soon as I get out tired and satisfied, on my way to the shower…

In the previous photos, the three pillars on which the “Zeeland economy” floats are clearly recognizable, from top to bottom; heavy industry, water tourism and intensive agriculture.
