Ik ben na vele maanden “bankhangen”, voor het eerst weer eens in m’n Quest gaan liggen. Natuurlijk bleek m’n conditie totaal verdwenen. Maar uit ervaring weet ik dat het zeker zo’n 3 maanden regelmatig fietsen kost om weer wat spieren op te bouwen… Omdat ik inmiddels 70+ ben misschien wat langer 😉 Mijn ervaring leert…
