    Our last chicken died a year ago. What to do with an empty chicken run ? Well it’s easy;  fill it with some new chickens ! So I bought 3 chicken-sisters … They’re a mixture of Sussex and Australorp. A brown, a black and a white one.

    I was on my way to downtown Vlissingen, to visit the festivities on Liberation Day. Then I found out I had to pass road blocks to get there …… I don’t know why I hate this kind of situations so much. Maybe it’s just because I’m Dutch and stubborn. In my view all the guards…

    … in the Netherlands. From now on, we have a King ! Traditionally the streets are legally free to sell your old stuff (without any regulations).  There was an old NSU Quickly for sale ! Also “streetartists” are allowed to earn some money.

  • Farewell to our dog.

    The last welcome from Mo to me (coming home after the late shift) was yesterday. This morning Rea came by to say farewell. Today we all said farewell to Mo. The vet is a very friendly lady. The first injection made him fall asleep and 5 minutes later the second injection stopped his heart. Now…
