Saint George
Saint George is a patron saint of scouting. Back in the days when I was still active in the Boy Scouts, we organized a cozy campfire every year where the story of Saint George and the dragon was told and portrayed. This year this turned out not to be possible due to the COVID-19 crisis.

A large part of my “sandwalk” has been declared a prohibited area by “Natuurmonumenten“. The last bit of sympathy for this organization has also disappeared. A fantastic initiative, a free library! You see them more and more. Just a cupboard with all kinds of books. You borrow a book and put another (already read) in return. Fortunately, there are still people with a positive view of man who find it important that people read books and are not afraid of
