    My velomobile had trouble with winter-obesity. Because temperatures are rising, I took all the winter-stuff out. 2 pair of gloves, caps, sweaters, etcetera. Now it’s about 3 kilo’s lighter and what I like even more ……. I have much more freedom of movement for my elbows !

    Only this plate is left from my fathers bicycle. The old frame is thrown away many years ago.   • Zilt rides again !

    Some of the recumbent cyclists in Zeeland are member of the yahoo-group “Zilt”. Today 5 of them took their recumbents out of the shed to go out for a ride. Of course I took my camera with me ….. I forgot to put a noise-filter on the microphone, so please lower the volume.

    3 days camping with recumbent cyclists on the Veluwe ! There was a campfire. Shutter-speed was 13 seconds, so you can’t recognize anyone 😉 A crash of recumbents. We had to make a group-photo, and this was the result. You can recognize us by our recumbents 😉

    Next week I am going to the “eastermeeting” for recumbents, at a camping in Harskamp on the Veluwe. For an impression you can have a look at the next video I made during the meeting in 2008. I hope there will be no snow this year !
